MAR'S "Q"
Whatever do I mean? I mean QVC of course. I am now an on-air garden host for Cottage Farms on QVC. That’s right! You and a few million of my closest friends (ha ha!) from across the country can now see me right in the comfort of your own home. How fun is that?
You know that two of my favorite things are TV and shopping and now through the magic of QVC, we get to do both at once. That’s right folks….”we”….that means you and me. I have broadcast dates coming up this month and I hope you can join me. I’ll let you know exactly when to tune in: February, 7th at 1:00AM and February 9th at 1:00PM EST.
So, while the snow continues to pile up in Southern Connecticut and Rosebrook Gardens is at rest, there is no rest for me. I’ve been visiting the Cottage Farms nurseries and greenhouses in Pennsylvania and I am here to tell you, what a breath of spring it was to my senses and to my soul. The fragrance of the roses in full bloom was just what the doctor ordered. I felt totally intoxicated, drunk on Mother Natures perfume. I also felt rejuvenated looking at the multitude of vibrant colors that could only be seen this time of year in warmer climates. Wow! I’m still hung over, in a good way, of course.
Hope you see me soon.

QVC is the BOMB ! You gotta know you have made it if you get a spot on QVC. Despite the intitial trepidation by the general public of 'television shopping," QVC remains on the cutting edge of consumer products. I have ordered several spring plantings from ottage Farms through QVC and was extremely pleased. Congrats on going International! |
