Phyllo bites with goat cheese
Nicole Straight was back this time teaching me her recipe and short-cut
for Phyllo cup appetizers. They're perfect for any party or social gathering.
We can do this!
Phyllo bites with goat cheese, Serrano ham, dried fig and honey
What you will need for this recipe:
- 1 package Phyllo cups (usually found in the frozen food section)
- 1 small log of goat cheese
- Less than a pound of Serrano ham
- 1 package dried figs
- Some honey
Preheat oven to 375. Make an assembly line in the following order: Goat cheese,
small pieces of Serrano ham, figs that have been quartered, and honey. Place a small
amount of goat cheese on the bottom of the phyllo cup. Next add the Serrano ham.
Place a dried quartered fig on next, then drizzle a small dot of honey to the top.
Bake for 5-7 minutes or until edges of phyllo cups are golden. Serve hot.
